You'll explore the "why" behind mantra repetition and try out three different mantras. Choose the one that resonates with you and integrate it into your daily life. Trust in the practice, and remember, intellectual knowledge is essential, but your experience is the true transformation. I want you to trust in the practice and experience its magic in your daily life.
