Then, it's time for another guided meditation. Zoom out from your instruments – your body and mind. Dive into the "who am I?" question, becoming the silent witness of your mind's movements. Embrace mindfulness and practice total presence in your daily life. Experience the NOW, free from distractions, judgments, and desires. I want you to integrate this into your daily life, embracing the present moment.
