Welcome to Day 1 of our challenge!

Today, we'll start with energy moves – simple exercises that can shift your emotions and energize you. You can use these moves before meditation or anytime during the day. Feel the power of shaping your emotions through physical actions. I want you to pick and choose, adapt the sequence, and make it your own. Experiment and experience the shift.

Next, we'll dive into a guided meditation. Find a comfortable position, observe your wandering mind, and connect with the universe. You'll receive playful tools to work with your mind. Remember, no expectations, judgments, or desires – just surrender to the experience. I want you to commit to this practice, make it an act of self-love, and enjoy the journey.

VIDEO 2: Practice Energy Moves.

You can use this video to prepare your body, mind, and energies before any meditation practice or simply during the day to shift your emotions or to feel more energized. You can pick and choose from the movements, change the sequence, and do more or less repetitions, depending on your availability. Feel free.
