I'm Tina, a German native, born in 1977, and currently living at a natural reserve by the sea in Sicily with my partner Luca and a furry feathered crew. I'm a spiritual life and relationship coach, a certified yoga therapist, and the author of two insightful books.

I just finished your 5-Day Meditation Challenge. I so thoroughly enjoyed it. I had no inkling about meditation and very little about its yoga connection. You have me hooked. I do your "shaking out" routine each morning. I try daily to focus on the moment instead of the "head clutter."
